LifeSpring has teamed up with Communities Speak to ensure that all Chattanoogans have a voice and influence in city government. Communities Speak is collecting information on the state of mental health in Chattanooga, and how our city can better address your needs. This information will be shared with all Chattanoogans, Chattanooga officials, and community-based organizations. You can help this effort by taking the anonymous survey here:

family size and income.
