Please note: We currently do not accept students for summer semester placements.

Undergraduate Nursing Students Clinical Placement & Shadowing Policy
LifeSpring Community Health welcomes undergraduate nursing students seeking clinical placement or shadowing opportunities. To ensure a smooth process, please follow the guidelines below.
Application Requirements
Students interested in clinical placement or shadowing experiences must submit the following information:

● School Information:
○ Name of nursing program/institution
○ Expected graduation date
○ Current year in program
○ Faculty advisor/clinical coordinator contact information
○ Amount of time requested

Overview
Timeline
● Submit requests at least 4-6 weeks prior to desired start date
● Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
● Students will be notified of placement decisions within 2 weeks of submission
Additional Notes
● Clinical placements are subject to availability and organizational capacity
● Students must comply with all health system requirements, including background checks, immunizations, and liability insurance as required by their academic institution
● Specific placement details and schedules will be coordinated directly with approved students

All residents interested in clinical placement must submit the following information:

● Name of medical school/residency program
● Residency specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics)
● Current year of residency (PGY-1, PGY-2, etc.)
● Expected completion date
